Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments
Passion Fruit Chefs offers you a choice of payment options. Payments for our services can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks and Traveler’s Checks.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking your service and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is due when reserving our service. The balance is due 45 days prior to service date.
Payments can be made using Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa or Master Card.
There is a 4% Processing Fee when using Visa or Master Card.
All deposits are refundable less a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled 90 days prior to service date.
89-60 days prior to service date 35% is refundable. 49-31 days prior to service date 50% is refundable.
No refund if cancellation is less than 30 days.
