Catering & Chef Services

Private Chef Services are a simple luxury in your Exclusive Villa on St. Thomas & St. John.

We offer Full Service Breakfast/Brunch, Lunch or Dinner which includes all Groceries, a Personal Chef, Staff if needed, Service and Clean-up!

Enjoy our Full Service Breakfast by waking up to the smell of fresh brewed Coffee, followed by Juice, a Tropical Fruit Platter, a mouthwatering Entrée like Eggs Benedict or Vanilla and Cinnamon Pancakes topped w/Warm Maple Syrup and plenty of sides. Our Lunches can be served Poolside if you prefer or under a Veranda with gentle tradewinds. Enjoy Beef Tenderloin Kabobs finished w/a Chimichurri Sauce or BBQ Chicken and Ribs. Full Service Dinners can be a formal occasion or a relaxing laid-back affair. Start with your Hors d’oeuvre course while watching the sunset from your balcony. Followed by your soup or salad course – our favorite is the West Indian Pumpkin Soup! Then a selection of one of our unique entrées served with the perfect accompaniments. Finally, enjoy one of our tantalizing desserts to complete the experience.

We also offer Drop-off Services with most of the Full Service Menu Selections at a Discounted Price. Drop-off Services are prepared by your Personal Chef in your Villa and served Family Style without the Clean-up.

Our Private Chef Service Packages offer an additional 5% to 10% in savings to groups of 8 or more guests when you select 7 or more Private or Drop off Services.
